We are a large-scale enterprise specializing in the design,engineering,and manufacturing of surface coating equipment and environmental protection systems.
Our main product portfolio includes pretreatment systems,sandblasting booth,spray painting and baking booths,powder coating lines,as well as catalytic oxidation systems,regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO) systems,and dust collection equipment. Our products are widely applied across various industries,including machinery manufacturing,injection molding,rubber processing,casting,pharmaceutical production,packaging,and chemical industries,among others.

Yantai Xingyue Coating Equipment Co., Ltd., formerly known as Yantai Debao Spray Booth Equipment Factory established in 2002, is one of the early pioneers in China's spray booth manufacturing industry. With more than 20 years of experience in the coating equipment sector, the company has developed into a professional provider of high-end non-standard coating equipment and integrated "coating + environmental protection" solutions, covering R&D, design, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales service.
In its early stage, the company focused on the automotive aftermarket, specializing in the development and production of automotive spray booths and vehicle repair equipment. Through reliable product quality and mature manufacturing processes, Xingyue accumulated solid technical expertise and earned a strong reputation within the industry. In 2013, Yantai Xingyue Coating Equipment Co., Ltd. Was officially established, marking a strategic transition toward the industrial coating market. Since then, the company has been dedicated to customized industrial coating equipment, providing tailored and system-oriented solutions to meet diverse and complex production requirements.
Xingyue Coating currently employs more than 70 staff members, forming a complete talent system encompassing R&D, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales service. The R&D team consists of 10 engineers, LED by a chief engineer with over 30 years of experience in the coating equipment industry. In 2015, the first-phase 3, 000-square-meter standardized workshop was completed and put into operation, enabling large-scale and refined manufacturing of core products. In 2022, the second-phase 3, 000-square-meter modern workshop and 1, 800-square-meter intelligent office building were fully completed and commissioned, further expanding production capacity, optimizing manufacturing layout, and enhancing operational efficiency.
At present, Xingyue has established a comprehensive product portfolio, including pretreatment systems, sand blasting equipment, spray booths, powder coating booths, automatic painting lines, intelligent powder coating lines, and electrophoretic coating systems. These products cover the entire coating process from pretreatment and spraying to curing, and are widely applied in construction machinery, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, high-end equipment, wind power, shipbuilding, and military industries, meeting stringent performance and quality standards under various operating conditions.
The company operates a modern manufacturing base located in the Yantai Area of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, ensuring stable production capacity and strict quality control.
