Building Structure

The enclosed space isolates the spraying area from the outside environment and possesses excellent sealing, fire resistance, and corrosion resistance properties.

Air Filtration System

The air intake filter is located on the top and side walls and contains filter cotton, ensuring the cleanliness of the incoming air, which is crucial for spray painting quality.

Air Supply And Exhaust System

Outdoor air is drawn in, filtered, and then its temperature and humidity are adjusted before being evenly distributed into the spray booth.
This creates a stable, directional airflow that controls the movement of paint mist, ensuring the health and safety of the operators.

Exhaust Gas Treatment System

The exhaust fan is located on the side of the spray booth and extracts the air containing paint mist at a certain airflow rate.  The exhaust gas is then purified by passing through a filter before being discharged through the exhaust duct, thus meeting increasingly stringent environmental emission regulations.

Lighting system

Utilizing specialized explosion-proof LED lights installed on the sides and top of the enclosure, the system provides sufficient, uniform, and shadow-free illumination, enabling operators to accurately identify colors, coating flow, and defects.

Digital Intelligent Control System

The intelligent control system manages the operating parameters of the paint booth, allowing for the setting and display of key parameters such as temperature, humidity, supply and exhaust air velocity, time, and pressure difference.
